O rețetă tradițională de pârjoală la cuptor, preparată dintr-un amestec suculent de carne de porc și vită, aromată cu măghiran și chimen. Perfectă pentru un prânz în familie, servită alături de cartofi fierți sau piure cremos.

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Pour water into a baking dish to a height of approximately 2 cm.

Cut the rolls into 1 cm cubes, place them in a bowl, and pour milk over them to soften. Finely chop the onion, and peel and crush the garlic.

In a large bowl, combine the minced meat (pork and beef), add the softened rolls, onion, garlic, eggs, and the rest of the spices (salt, pepper, caraway, marjoram). Mix everything very well until homogeneous.
