Preparation method

Brown the lamb pieces in oil over medium heat until they get a golden crust. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the coarsely chopped green onion and green garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant.

Pour in the white wine and let it reduce for 2–3 minutes — this is where the flavor difference is built.
