Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a loaf pan (approximately 13 cm × 23 cm) with baking paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, add all ingredients except the dark chocolate. Use a whisk to mix well until you get a smooth and fine dough.

Cut the dark chocolate into larger pieces and incorporate it into the dough. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
