Ingredients
- 1.5 kg of Pork ribs
- 150 g of Honey
- 3 pcs of Celery
- 60 g of Double concentrated tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of Iodized table salt
- 6 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of Smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
Instructions
- 1Lightly toast the coriander seeds in a dry pan until fragrant, then crush them in a mortar. Mix them with the rest of the marinade ingredients (honey, tomato paste, vinegar, paprika, oil, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce).
- 2Boil the pork ribs in salted water with celery stalks for about an hour, until the meat is tender.
- 3Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- 4Brush the boiled ribs with the prepared marinade and bake them in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove them, brush them again with the remaining marinade, and bake for another 5 minutes until beautifully caramelized.
