Gruyère cheese 400 g de brânză Gruyere

Emmental 200 g de brânză Emmental

Garlic 1 ks de usturoi

Dry white wine 200 ml de vin alb sec

Corn starch 1 ks de amidon de porumb

Condimente măcinate 1 ks de nucșoară

Dried Salami 1 ml de lichior de vișine

Croutons 100 g de crutoane

Rub the inside of the pot with garlic (for that subtle aroma).

Pour in white wine, heat it gently (but don't let it boil!).

Gradually add the grated cheeses, stirring constantly until melted.
