Remove the pork tenderloin from the refrigerator one hour before preparation to bring it to room temperature.

Clean the meat of membranes and trim the thin ends (save them for another recipe). Season the tenderloin with salt, pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Heat the grill and cook the meat on all sides. On an electric grill, the tenderloin will be medium-rare (with a pink center) in approximately 10-12 minutes. If using a meat thermometer, cook until the internal temperature reaches 62 °C.
