  • 4 slices of bread or baguette
  • 100 g pork ham
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of ghee or butter
  • a handful of arugula
  • 2 boiled eggs

Instructions

    Lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster or a pan until crispy.

    Spread cream cheese (or butter) on the bottom slice, and Dijon mustard on the top one.

    Place the lettuce, ham slices, and boiled egg slices on the bottom slice.

    Sprinkle fresh herbs and cover with the top slice spread with mustard.

    Serve immediately, while the bread is still crispy.
