Preparation method
Preparing the Mixture
Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare an ovenproof dish (approximately 20 cm × 27 cm).
Finely grate the peeled potatoes and finely chop the fresh tomatoes. Place them in a large bowl along with the minced turkey, spelt flour, chopped basil, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
Assembly and Baking
Place a layer of lasagna sheets on the bottom of the prepared dish. Spread a portion of the meat mixture over it and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a generous layer of meat and Parmesan.
Chef's tip
For an even richer texture, you can add a little mozzarella between the layers.
