Prepare the salted pretzels by carefully breaking them into curved pieces to create the spider legs (8 legs for each cookie).

Carefully twist open the sandwich cookies or, if the filling is soft, add a little extra hazelnut spread along the edge to secure the legs.

Insert 4 pretzel pieces into each side of the cookie, pressing gently into the filling so they stay firmly in place. Put the top cookie back on.
Chef's tip
You can also use classic Oreo cookies or plain biscuits sandwiched together with plenty of chocolate spread.
