Ingredients
- 110 g of potatoes
- 20 g of whole wheat flour
- 20 g of white wheat flour 000
- 1/2 egg
- 1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil
- 50 g of yellow onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of chicken breast
- 80 ml of cooking cream 12%
- 30 g of fresh spinach leaves
Instructions
- 1First, prepare the gnocchi dough. Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water until soft, then peel them after they have cooled. Grate the potatoes finely and place them in a large bowl. Add both types of flour, salt, the egg, and knead until you get a compact dough.
- 2Divide the dough into smaller pieces and roll them into thin ropes. Cut the ropes into pieces of about one centimeter and form small balls. You can create a striped pattern using a fork. Boil the gnocchi in salted boiling water and drain them as soon as they rise to the surface.
- 3Prepare the sauce. In a pan with hot oil, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic, then add the diced chicken breast. Season everything with salt and pepper.
- 4After the meat has browned, add the chopped spinach. When the spinach has softened, pour in the cream and cook a little longer. Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan with the ready sauce and mix well.
