Ingredients
- 200 g of white flour
- 1 pc of Bonne Maman orange marmalade
- 1 pc of powdered sugar
- 1 pc of sunflower oil
- 1 pc of salt
- 400 ml of cow's milk
- 2 pcs of eggs
- 1 pc of butter
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix the milk and eggs, add the butter, salt, and gradually the flour. Let the mixture rest for at least one hour.
- 2Grease the non-stick pan with oil or butter and place it on the stove over low heat. Using a ladle, pour the batter into the pan and make circular movements with the pan to spread it evenly. Fry the pancakes on both sides.
- 3When ready, place the pancakes on a plate, fill them with jam, roll them up, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- 4Grease the pan after each pancake. This way, the fat will be evenly distributed everywhere, and the pancakes will be incredibly tasty. If you use too little oil and the pancakes break, grease the sides of the pan with fat or oil. The oil will flow evenly under the batter, to the center of the pan, and the pancakes will not remain greasy. It would be best to use a special pancake pan. This has a non-stick surface and is not deep, so the pancakes do not stick and can be turned very well.
