- 100 g of Lotus Biscoff biscuits
- 150 g of plain Greek yogurt or skyr

Prepare a glass of plain Greek yogurt or skyr. If the glass is full to the brim, remove 1–2 tablespoons of yogurt to make room for the biscuits and prevent overflow.

Insert the Lotus Biscoff biscuits vertically into the yogurt, as many as possible. Leave minimal space between them. The more biscuits you add, the more intense the caramel flavor will be, and the dessert will have a denser and creamier texture.

Cover the glass with a lid or cling film and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours. The next day, the biscuits will soften, transforming the yogurt into a smooth cheesecake. Serve it as a quick breakfast or dessert.
