Preparing the salmon ball

Cut half of the avocado into thin slices.

Spread a piece of food wrap the size of an A4 sheet on the work surface.

In the center of the wrap, place three slices of smoked salmon side by side, slightly overlapping. Over the salmon, place the avocado slices and then a portion of the cream cheese (approx. 15 g).

Chef's tip

If you want a more fluid dressing, you can add a teaspoon of cold water during mixing.
