Preparation method

Start by preheating the electric grill (or a grill pan) to medium-high heat.

Drain the tuna well and place it in a medium-sized bowl. Add the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, grated Edam cheese, thawed spinach, and corn. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, then mix well. Wash the tomato and slice it thinly.

Spread the tuna mixture onto 4 slices of bread. Place 1-2 tomato slices on top of each, and cover with the remaining 4 slices of bread.
Chef's tip
For extra flavor, you can add a little finely chopped red onion to the tuna mixture.
