Preparing the Chia Pudding
Leave the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 8 hours). Carefully open it and collect the solid layer from the top (coconut cream) into a separate bowl. Pour the remaining liquid part (approximately 300 ml) into a large jar of about 800 ml.
In the jar, over the coconut liquid, add the semi-skimmed milk, chia seeds, cocoa, honey, and cinnamon. Close the jar and shake it well until homogenized. Place the jar and the bowl with the coconut cream in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Assembling the Glasses
Once the chia pudding has thickened, prepare 3 glasses (approximately 250 ml each). Distribute half of the chia pudding into them, then add 250 g of plain yogurt, followed by one-third of the strawberries and blueberries.
Chef's tip
For a vegan option, you can replace cow's milk with almond or oat milk and honey with agave syrup.
