  • ½ spoon of salt
  • 1 spoon tip of pepper
  • 2 eggplants, 450g each
  • 1 spoon of lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 spoon of olive oil

Prepare

    Heat up the oven up to 180°C.

    Put the eggplants in a tray in the heated oven and cook for 40 min. After, cut them longitudinally. Take out the pulp with a spoon and let it cool. Mince the pulp and put it in a bowl.
