In a tall bowl, add the instant coffee, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of hot water. Use a hand mixer and whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes a dense, golden-colored foam.

Place ice cubes in glasses and pour in the cold milk until the glasses are about three-quarters full.

Distribute the previously prepared coffee foam over the milk. Dalgona Coffee is ready to serve!

Chef's tip

For the densest foam, use an electric mixer and make sure the water is very hot. You can replace cow's milk with a plant-based oat or almond drink for a vegan option.
