Place the eggs in boiling water and boil them for 9 minutes. After boiling, immediately transfer them to cold water to cool, then peel and cut them in half.

Place the couscous in a bowl, pour 300 ml of hot water over it, add a pinch of salt, and let it hydrate under a lid for 5 minutes. Then, fluff it with a fork.
