O salată de vară vibrantă și incredibil de răcoritoare, care combină dulceața a două tipuri de pepene cu prospețimea castravetelui și gustul sărat al brânzei feta. Aroma proaspătă de mentă și dressingul simplu de lămâie transformă acest preparat într-un prânz ușor ideal sau o garnitură surprinzătoare pentru zilele toride.

  • 1050 g of red and Cantaloupe yellow melon
  • 120 g of salad cucumber
  • 200 g of feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 25 g of lemon juice
  • 1 handful of fresh mint
  • 1 pinch of iodized table salt
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Cut both types of melon (red and Cantaloupe yellow) into suitable cubes. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeded core using a teaspoon, and slice it thinly. Place all fruits and vegetables in a large bowl.

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and add it to the melon and cucumber mixture.

Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and finely chopped mint. Mix gently so as not to crush the melon cubes. Serve immediately or after chilling in the refrigerator.
