O pastă tartinabilă fină și plină de arome, realizată din dovleac Hokkaido copt, brânză feta cremoasă și nuci crocante. Această rețetă combină dulceața naturală a dovleacului cu gustul sărat al brânzei feta, fiind perfectă pentru un mic dejun sănătos sau ca aperitiv la o cină cu prietenii. Servită pe pâine artizanală cu un strop de miere, este un adevărat deliciu de toamnă.

Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh (with the skin, if using Hokkaido) into suitable cubes.

Place the feta cheese in the center of a baking dish. Distribute the pumpkin cubes around the cheese. Add the thyme sprigs, peeled garlic cloves, and, optionally, half a lemon. Drizzle everything with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Cover the dish with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for approximately 45 minutes.

Finishing the spread

Check if the pumpkin is soft. If not, leave it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven, discard the thyme sprigs, and set the lemon aside.

Chef's tip

If the spread is too thick, you can add a little warm water or more olive oil during blending.

For a more intense taste, lightly toast the walnuts in a pan before using them for decoration.
