Place the eggs in a small saucepan with cold water and bring to a boil. Once the water boils, reduce the heat to medium and boil the eggs for 8-9 minutes to achieve a hard-boiled consistency.

After boiling, drain the hot water and immediately cool the eggs under cold running water. Peel them and cut them into small cubes.
