Preparation method

In a large bowl, whisk the matcha powder with 350 ml of warm water until completely smooth and lump-free.

Add the coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Mix all ingredients well.

Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or ideally, overnight, for the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a thick pudding.

Chef's tip

If the pudding seems too thick after hydration, you can add a little more plant-based milk to achieve the desired consistency.
