Preparation method

Preparing the Dressing and Vegetables

For the dressing, mix the Greek yogurt with lime juice, brown sugar, granulated garlic, dried onion, sweet paprika, and a portion of the ground chili (approx. 2g). Mix well and refrigerate the dressing until serving.

Drain the canned beans and corn and rinse them under cold running water. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Clean the bell peppers (red and yellow) and avocado, then cut them into cubes. Cut the romaine lettuce into thin strips and finely chop the fresh cilantro.

Assembly and Serving

Place the romaine lettuce strips at the bottom of a large bowl. Drizzle with some of the previously prepared chipotle dressing and sprinkle with a little chopped cilantro.

Chef's tip

For extra texture, you can add some crushed tortilla chips on top of the salad just before serving.
