Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare 12 muffin molds (preferably silicone or lined with special paper).

Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork in a large bowl until you get a puree. Add the 2 eggs, plain yogurt, melted butter, and lemon juice, then mix well.

Incorporate the white flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Use a whisk to mix everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter.

Chef's tip

For a more intense flavor, use very ripe bananas (with spotted peels). These are sweeter and easier to mash.
