- 6 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 4 pieces of chicken breast fillet
Preparation
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 3In a larger pan, heat the oil and first fry the meat in it, over high heat, skin-side down, for about 4 minutes. While frying, gently press the meat against the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon so that the skin cooks evenly. Reduce the heat to medium, turn the meat to the other side and cook for 3 minutes until golden. Then place it on a baking tray and put it in the oven for 8 minutes.
- 4When the meat is ready, transfer it to a cutting board and let it rest there for 6 minutes. Then slice it and serve immediately.
