Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C. Prepare a baking tray (approx. 30 cm x 40 cm) and line it with baking paper.

Wash the chicken breast, pat it dry, and cut it into large cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into large pieces. Cut the broccoli (including the stem) into smaller pieces. Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater.

Place the chicken breast, onion, broccoli, and grated Parmesan in a blender. Add the egg yolk, curry powder, oat flakes, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
