Preheat the oven to 200–205 °C and prepare an oven-safe skillet with a diameter of at least 27 cm.

Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips. Core the bell pepper and also cut it into thin strips. Cut the chicken ham into thin strips. Peel the potato and grate it coarsely. Crumble the telemea cheese finely.

Heat the olive oil in the prepared skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the bell pepper, ham, onion, and grated potato. Sauté everything together for 4–5 minutes over medium heat. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, add the baby spinach, and cook for another 2 minutes.
