- 200 g broccoli
- 100 g chickpeas
- 1 pc lemon
- 50 g pomegranate
- 5 ml olive oil
- 1 pc avocado
- 1 pc parsley
Instructions
- 1Wash the broccoli and let it thaw (if not fresh) and salt it.
- 2Season with salt and pepper and add a little olive oil.
- 3Then add the chickpeas, pomegranate, avocado, squeeze half a lemon over it, and mix well.
- 4Finally, garnish with fresh parsley.
