  • 200 g broccoli
  • 100 g chickpeas
  • 1 pc lemon
  • 50 g pomegranate
  • 5 ml olive oil
  • 1 pc avocado
  • 1 pc parsley

Instructions

    Wash the broccoli and let it thaw (if not fresh) and salt it.

    Season with salt and pepper and add a little olive oil.

    Then add the chickpeas, pomegranate, avocado, squeeze half a lemon over it, and mix well.

    Finally, garnish with fresh parsley.
