Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 2 zucchini
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

    Mix the Greek yogurt with all the spices, salt, and pepper.

    Cut the chicken breast into large cubes and add it to the marinade, mix, and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours or, preferably, overnight.

    After the chicken has marinated, prepare the skewers.

    Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and use an ergonomic knife to slice the zucchini. Thread individual pieces of chicken, tomatoes, and zucchini slices onto the skewers, alternating them and twisting them into an accordion shape.

    Brush the skewers with oil and place them on a preheated grill at 180 °C.

    Cook for a few minutes on each side until the meat and vegetables are golden or lightly browned. Crumble feta cheese over the skewers and enjoy!
