Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the dried wakame seaweed to the boiling water and let it simmer gently for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the tofu into cubes, slice the green onion thinly, and finely chop the coriander.

Add the tofu, green onion, and soy sauce to the pot and simmer gently for another 5 minutes, then thoroughly incorporate the miso paste. Continue simmering for another 5 minutes, until the paste is completely dissolved. Serve the soup with chopped coriander and sesame seeds.
