Wash the fish fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle with a little salt. In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, crushed garlic, finely chopped Cayenne pepper, and chili flakes. Mix well until combined.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish over high heat, starting with the skin side down, to seal in the flavors.

Pour the prepared glaze over the fish, add the organic lemon slices, and let it cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Then remove the fish from the pan onto a plate.
