- 8 pcs of chicken eggs
- 240 g of natural cream cheese
- 120 g of natural yogurt 3.5% fat
- 1.5 tablespoons of classic mustard
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of iodized table salt
Instructions
- 1Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks into a bowl, and finely chop the egg whites.
- 2Mash the yolks with a fork, then add the cream cheese, yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- 3Fold in the finely chopped egg whites, mix gently, and chill the spread in the refrigerator before serving.
