  • 8 pcs of chicken eggs
  • 240 g of natural cream cheese
  • 120 g of natural yogurt 3.5% fat
  • 1.5 tablespoons of classic mustard
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of iodized table salt

Instructions

    Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks into a bowl, and finely chop the egg whites.

    Mash the yolks with a fork, then add the cream cheese, yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.

    Fold in the finely chopped egg whites, mix gently, and chill the spread in the refrigerator before serving.

    Tip: You can replace part of the classic mustard with Dijon mustard for a spicier taste. You can also add finely chopped fresh parsley or green onions for extra freshness.
