Start by preheating the oven to 210 °C. Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper.

Drain the chickpeas from the can, rinse them, and dry them thoroughly with a clean kitchen towel. Place the chickpeas in a medium-sized bowl.

Add the paprika (you can use a mix of smoked and sweet), the 2 tablespoons of oil, and the salt. Mix the entire contents of the bowl well so that the chickpeas are evenly coated.
