O mâncare savuroasă și hrănitoare, pregătită într-o singură tavă. Pulpele de pui suculente se îmbină perfect cu năutul crocant și vinetele fragede, totul fiind înnobilat de o marinadă aromată cu boia afumată și miere. Un prânz sănătos, cu influențe orientale, gata fără prea mult efort.

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C and prepare a baking dish of approximately 25 cm × 30 cm.

Prepare the marinade: peel the garlic and place it in a tall mixing container. Add the tomato paste, lemon juice and grated zest, honey, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Blend everything with a hand blender until you get a smooth paste.

Wash and dry the chicken thighs. Cut each thigh in half (through the joint) and mix the meat pieces with the prepared marinade. In the container where the rest of the marinade remained, pour 150 ml of water, rinse well, and pour the liquid into the baking dish.

Chef's tip

For a more intense flavor, you can leave the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour before cooking.
