Loaded hot dog with cheddar | Quick and delicious

Start by preparing the tomato salsa. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small cubes and finely chop the white onion, pickled cucumber, and pickled jalapeño.

Mix all these ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, then add the finely chopped fresh coriander. Keep a few whole coriander leaves for the final garnish.

Cut the hot dog buns lengthwise and fill them with finely grated cheddar cheese.
