Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 190–195 °C and prepare a baking dish (approximately 30 cm × 40 cm).
In a large bowl, combine the minced turkey, egg, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and breadcrumbs. Add the grated carrot and finely chopped onion. Mix everything very well until you get a homogeneous mixture that holds its shape. Shape the mixture into an oval loaf (about 25 cm long and 10 cm high) and place it in the center of the prepared baking dish.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes (about 1.5 cm) and place them in the dish around the turkey meatloaf. Pour the water into the dish, place in the oven, and bake for 50–55 minutes at 190–195 °C.
