Preparing the meat

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces (approximately 2 cm x 2 cm) and place them in a sealable container. Peel the garlic and crush it over the chicken. Add the dried basil, dried oregano, 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, and pepper. Close the container and shake it well so that the oil and spices mix and coat the meat on all sides.

Place the container in the refrigerator and let the meat marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop the fresh parsley.
