  • 30 g whole oat flakes (approximately 2 tablespoons)
  • 30 g fresh blueberries
  • 10 g chia seeds (approximately 2 teaspoons)

Peel the banana, cut it into smaller pieces, and place it in the blender. Add the frozen berries and milk, then blend everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Divide the mixture into two bowls. Slice the strawberries thinly and decorate each serving with strawberry slices, oat flakes, fresh blueberries, and chia seeds.

The prepared smoothie bowls should be served immediately to preserve the texture and freshness of the fruits.

Chef's tip

For a sweeter taste, you can add a tablespoon of honey to the blender along with the milk and fruits.
