- 10 g chia seeds (approximately 2 teaspoons)

Peel the banana, cut it into smaller pieces, and place it in the blender. Add the frozen berries and milk, then blend everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Divide the mixture into two bowls. Slice the strawberries thinly and decorate each serving with strawberry slices, oat flakes, fresh blueberries, and chia seeds.
