- 1000 g sweet potatoes
- 180 g fermented cream
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic sachet
- 1 tablespoon iodized table salt sachet
- 1 tablespoon sweet smoked paprika sachet
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper sachet
Instructions
- 1Wash the sweet potatoes, peel them (optional), and cut them into sticks (fries). In a large bowl, mix them with extra virgin olive oil. Separately mix the granulated garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes. Mix well with your hands, so that each piece is uniformly covered with spices.
- 2Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper, making sure they are not overlapping. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 15-20 minutes, until golden. Carefully turn them over and bake for another 15-20 minutes on the other side.
- 3Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: mix the fermented cream with the fresh garlic pressed through a garlic press. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Serve the sweet potatoes hot, as a side dish or a snack, alongside the creamy garlic sauce. Enjoy!
