  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 150 g of halloumi cheese
  • 2 pcs of peaches
  • 100 g of arugula

Instructions

    Wash the peaches and cut them into thick slices of approximately 1 cm.

    Grill the cheese and peaches for approximately 2 - 3 minutes on each side.

    In a bowl, prepare the dressing from a mixture of oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
