  • 3 pcs lemons (juice)
  • 1 pc red chili
  • 2 pcs fish/soy sauce (spoons)
  • 1 pc carrot
  • 1 pc sugar (spoon)
  • 1 pc Fabio cucumber
  • 1 pc garlic (clove)
  • 1 pc peanuts (quarter cup)
  • 1 pc chickpeas (half cup)
  • 2 pcs green onion (stalks)
  • 1 pc green mango

Instructions

    Prepare the vegetables: Wash, clean, and cut the vegetables according to the specifications above. You can use a variety of your favorite vegetables or add others as preferred.

    Prepare the salad dressing: In a small bowl, mix the fresh lemon juice, fish sauce (or soy sauce for a vegetarian option), sugar, minced garlic, and chopped chili. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings to your preference. If you want it spicier or sweeter, you can add more chili or sugar.

    Combine the vegetables: In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables (greens, red onion, chili, carrot, cucumber, chickpeas or black beans, peanuts, if using). Mix them gently.
