PREPARING GREEN PASTA

In a large pasta pot, add about half of the spinach puree. If it's frozen, it's not a problem, it will melt in the boiling water. Pour water over the spinach so that the spaghetti fits easily (leave at least 5 cm free to the edge of the pot). Salt the water and bring it to a boil.

In the boiling water with spinach puree, add the spaghetti and cook according to the time indicated on the package.

After cooking, drain the spaghetti. If spinach residue on the pasta bothers you, you can quickly rinse them to remove it.
