Preparation method

Preparing the Aromatic Paste

Start by preparing a garlic and ginger paste. In a small blender or mortar, place the 3 cloves of garlic, 5 cm of peeled ginger, 1 tablespoon of oil, and a pinch of salt. Blend everything until you get a fine paste consistency. This mixture can be stored in the refrigerator in a sealed jar for several weeks.

Cooking the Sauce and Eggs

In a spacious pan, sauté the finely chopped onion along with 2 tablespoons of the previously prepared garlic and ginger paste, using 2 tablespoons of oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onion turns golden.

Add the finely chopped tomatoes and 50 g of Tikka Masala curry paste. Let them simmer together to blend the flavors.

Chef's tip

For extra flavor, you can fry the boiled eggs in a little oil with a pinch of turmeric before adding them to the sauce. Serve with fluffy basmati rice or warm naan bread to soak up all the delicious sauce.
