- 250 g of fresh or frozen Mango
- 150 g of natural Yogurt 3.5% fat
- 100 ml of whole Milk 3.5%
- 1 pinch of ground Cardamom
- 1 tablespoon of Multifloral honey

Cut the mango into cubes and place them in a tall container. If using frozen mango, there's no need to thaw it beforehand; you can proceed directly to the next step.

Pour the milk over the mango and blend everything with an immersion blender until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Add the yogurt, honey, and ground cardamom, then blend briefly again to combine all ingredients. Pour the drink into a glass and serve immediately.
Chef's tip
If you are not using frozen mango, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender to get a perfectly cold drink.
