Preparation method
Preparing the Base
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a cake pan (Ø18 cm) with baking paper.
Grind the oat flakes in a food processor until you get a fine flour. Place the oat flour in a medium bowl, add the almond flour, 20 g of honey, coconut oil, and 40 ml of water. Knead until you get a homogeneous dough. Spread the dough on the bottom of the cake pan in a layer about 0.5 cm thick, leveling it with the bottom of a glass. Bake for 10–15 minutes in the preheated oven.
Preparing the Pudding Layer
Meanwhile, prepare the pudding. In a small saucepan, bring 400 ml of milk to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously, and add 30 g of honey. Mix the remaining 200 ml of milk in a bowl with the pudding powder using a fork. Pour this mixture over the warm milk in the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens.
