Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a small cake pan with baking paper.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (soy drink, instant oats, chopped chocolate, vanilla essence, brown sugar, peanut butter, and salt) until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Chef's tip
For a crispier texture, you can also add some crushed walnuts or hazelnuts to the mixture.
