Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Measure all dry ingredients (oats, nuts, and seeds), except for the shredded coconut, and mix them well in a large bowl.

Add the melted coconut oil and mix well to coat all ingredients. Finally, incorporate the honey or maple syrup and brown sugar.

Spread the mixture in an even layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place the tray in the preheated oven. After 10 minutes, stir the granola and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
