Preparation method

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Ground hazelnuts will provide a special texture and intense aroma.

Prepare the cake pan (or bundt pan): grease it generously with butter and dust it with a little flour to prevent sticking.

Pour the prepared batter into the pan, leveling it gently with a spatula.

Chef's tip

For an even more intense aroma, you can lightly toast the hazelnuts before grinding them. 1 cup used in the recipe is equivalent to 250 ml.
