Preparing the cake base

Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Prepare a round cake pan (Ø 18 cm) and line it with baking paper.

In a large bowl, mix the apple puree, eggs, peanut butter, 80 ml of milk, and 40 g of honey until the mixture is homogeneous.

Add the peanut flour (finely ground peanuts), oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and pour the resulting batter into the prepared cake pan.
Chef's tip
You can sprinkle crushed peanuts on top of the cake for added texture and decoration.
