Preparation of the chocolate and hazelnut cream

Start by preparing the chocolate and hazelnut cream. In a small saucepan, pour 200 ml of milk, add the broken chocolate pieces and granulated sugar. Heat over low to medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring until the chocolate and sugar are completely dissolved.

Meanwhile, dissolve the chocolate pudding powder in the remaining 50 ml of cold milk, using a small whisk to avoid lumps.

Once the chocolate has dissolved, pour the milk and pudding mixture into the saucepan. Continue heating over low heat, stirring continuously for another 2-3 minutes, until the mixture thickens.

Chef's tip

You can decorate each portion with coarsely chopped hazelnuts for an extra crunchy texture.
